RCS Staffing has an immediate need for a Construction Manager in Muscle Shoals, AL. This is a full time, onsite position with our client.
Overview of YOUR role as a Construction Manager:
RCS is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager in the Aluminum or Industrial Sector to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion.
As a Construction Manager YOU will:
- Oversees the coordination of site activities and other logistical requirements of project
- Regularly reviews schedule, budget, labor, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track
- Regularly reviews project quality performance and ensures work proceeds in accordance with established quality plan
- Regularly reviews project safety performance and ensures work proceeds in accordance with project safety plan and established site rules.
- Daily interface with owner, operations, and construction staff to determine performance and report on progress.
- Regularly reviews Requests for Information (RFI’s) and facilitates disposition from responsible project team members
- Strong communication among all stakeholders
YOU are the ideal Construction Manager candidate if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering
- 15 Years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
