RCS Staffing has an immediate need for a Field Data Collection Trainer in Tempe, AZ. This is a Full-Time, Contract, Onsite assignment with our client. This position offers a competitive package including benefits, vacation and holidays.

Overview of YOUR role as a Field Data Collection Trainer:

The role of Field Data Collection Trainer will provide support for training on technology and software applications of current and new internal and external employees and external contractors.  

As a Field Data Collection Trainer YOU will:

  • Determine initial training requirements for each employee or contractor personnel and ensures that all training is completed satisfactorily in pursuit of new employee development.
  • Uphold training schedules and administers refresher training.
  • Maintain all training documentation, including initial and refresher training records, outlines of training, training schedules, etc.
  • Develop project specific training documentation and control procedures.
  • Audit field training documentation as needed, and train field employees on proper documentation procedures.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

YOU are the ideal Field Data Collection Trainer candidate if you have:

  • Knowledge of general computer applications including Windows and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Skill to use email, mobile devices, MS Office, and PDF software during daily activities.
  • Ability to quickly assess knowledge and skills of incoming new hires, contractors and current staff and determine training needed.
  • Ability to be detail and quality oriented and self-check work output.
  • Ability to understand instructions and independently carry out instructed tasks.
  • Ability to conduct small group training sessions.
  • Ability to grasp new information swiftly and embraces technological advancements.
